Please try to pre-book as far in advance as possilbe so that we can accomodate the date and time that you desire. Walk-ins are always welcome.
We do not guarentee services for late arrivals. In some cases we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We understand that circumstances do occur, however we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. There will be a $25 fee charged to your next appointment for no shows. If there are continuous cancellations or no shows, you may be required to give your credit card number to hold your next scheduled appointment. If that appointment is cancelled/no showed you will be billed for 50% of the service total.
If you are unsatified with your hair, you must call within one week of your appointment. Our goal is to ensure that you have a wonderful experience at The Fringe Salon and we want you to be 100% happy with your services received.
Product Return or Exchanges
You may exchange or return any retail products if you are not satisfied. The product must be 3/4 full and within 30 days of purchase.
Return Check Fee
We do have a $25 return check fee.
Children We understand that sometimes children may accompany you with your appointments. Due to safety reasons, children under the age of 13 must be supervised at all times by an adult.
